Thought for the Week

If you ever wondered how the Nazis took over the political process in Germany then study what just happened in Chicago. The so called “social justice warriors”, aka the Establishments' Brown Shirts, are doing their best to ensure all opposition is silenced long before any elections even take place. It is not just the fault of the Demokratik Party either since the power structure of the Republikan Party also apparently supports eliminating opposition prior to any elections. These days “the Party” is the entrenched Establishment itself.

It is bad enough that free speech is under such heavy attacks due to Government inaction but the Party members already in power, aka the fledgling Gestapo apparatus, are even looking into making “denying climate change/global warming” a crime (as per the AG). In the name of tolerance and free speech the Left criminalizes any speech they cannot tolerate!

If one wants another example of the hypocrisy of the Left simply look at their movement called “black lives matter”. Without a doubt if there was a movement called white lives matter the adherents would be labeled as racists and unconstitutionally arrested for hate speech crimes. Do not all lives matter? Well, not to the Left (or the US Government) – not even black lives if they were honest.

Ever heard of a black lives matter protest being held against abortion clinics? No. Yet black lives make up the majority, by far, of lives lost due to abortion in the USA. More black lives are lost on an hourly basis to abortion than die all year from police bullets. I guess it is okay to the Left to lose black lives when it is due to sexual promiscuity and laziness.

Ever heard of a black lives matter rally protesting drug abuse? No. Yet the number of black lives lost due to drugs is epidemic. More black lives are lost on a daily basis due to illegal drugs than die all year from police bullets. I guess it is okay to the Left to lose black lives when it is due to the desire to get high or due to the desire to make easy money.

Ever heard of a black lives matter rally protesting gang violence? No. Yet far more black lives are lost to this cause than are other lives from all other races combined. More black lives are lost on a weekly basis due to gang violence than die all year from police bullets. I guess it is okay to the Left to lose black lives when it is due to running all the illegal rackets gangs are involved in.

No, there are no protests about “black lives matter” unless the loss of life is from a police officer's bullet; and, the life lost must be black to cause a protest – even though every year more whites and Hispanics die under the hail of bullets from those charged to protect us.

Is there a problem with the increase of police killings? Yet better believe it – it is horrendous – because all lives matter and in case after case government enforcers are gunning down unarmed citizens, storming innocent peoples homes, and even maiming babies in their cribs. All without being held accountable. There should be a nationwide uproar over this abuse of power; but the Left is strangely quiet on this – the true and larger issue.

The Left is interested in black lives only when they can be wielded as a source of political power – e.g. when black deaths can be translated into black votes.

The entire movement is an example of divide and conquer; or, in military parlance destruction in detail. Teddy Roosevelt warned of the consequences of one example of this: “There is no room in this country for hyphenated Americanism. The one absolutely certain way of bringing this nation to ruin, of preventing all possibility of its continuing to be a nation at all would be to permit it to become a tangle of squabbling nationalities.”

But such comments raise a hue and cry today for tolerance. One need not raise the issue of the morals demanded by our Creator against such ignorance since even secular philosophers recognized the danger of such attitudes. Consider Aristotle's comment: “Tolerance and apathy are the last virtues of a dying civilization.” And the USA is certainly dying and it is doing so just as predicted by Abraham Lincoln: “America will never be destroyed from outside. If we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves.”

The UK had a lower homicide rate before the country banned handguns. After the ban, homicide rates rose by 50 percent over for the next 8 years. COMMENT: There is a reason Governments ban firearms. Consider the two following quotes:

Thought for the Week

One of the keys to conducting a successful experiment is the application of “control mechanisms” to regulate environmental variables. Control mechanisms must be in place or the experiment will be meaningless and thus a failure. When the USA began even the Founding Fathers knew it was an experiment and knew that controls would be needed for it to succeed. This grand experiment is now failing because the two primary controls are being ignored. This experiment was conducted by the people and the Government they formed and employed a “control” to regulate each. The people were, in general, regulated by the moral principles of the Bible. The Government was, in general, regulated by the Constitution.

A key component of the experiment was the separation of powers as dictated by the Constitution. The entire experiment has gone awry as the Government (and politicians) resist all efforts at any type of restraining control whatsoever. Under the Constitution all laws must come from the Legislative branch. Yet, today, the Executive branch passes thousands of laws every year under the guise of regulation. The Judicial branch also creates laws all by itself under the guise of “precedents”. As bad, if not worse, both the Executive and Judicial branches randomly and selectively enforce or ignore the laws that are enacted by the Legislative branch.

Taxation without representation was a big issue when the experiment was initiated. Under the Constitution only the Legislature – the representative branch of government – could enact taxation. Yet, today, the Executive branch enacts thousands of new taxes every year under the guise of fees. Failure to pay these fees will result in action to collect even more money under the guise of penalties; and, if necessary the Judicial branch will assist in these collections.

The control mechanism for the people, though not mandated, was also considered an absolutely necessity for success (SEE NOTE 1). The mechanism was, in essence, a moral code of conduct based upon the Bible. Just as the Government is largely ignoring the Constitution the people are largely ignoring the Bible. Just as the Government operates in opposition to the Constitution so too the people are operating in opposition to the Bible.

The people did not just casually and accidentally begin evading moral responsibility. The Government has been enforcing laws and educational doctrines contrary to the Bible for decades. Worse, even so called religious leaders are teaching and encouraging people to behave in ways contrary to the Bible.

The powers-that-be in the Government are happy to see this failure among the populace because they know all to well that a populace that does not hold itself individually accountable will not bother to unite to demand accountability from those who govern them.

By way of analogy: With no rudder to guide the Government and no power for steerage supplied by the people the US has become a nation adrift and lost at sea. The world itself is as a tropical storm that is approaching hurricane strength and unless drastic and heroic action is taken, and taken soon, the US will find itself dashed to pieces upon the shoals of history.

Now, more than ever, the children of YHWH in the US must shine forth as a light for others. They must strive to act as a lighthouse providing a guiding light to aid their country to reestablish a safe course.

The evil that is destroying the US from within is insidious; but, because it has gone unchecked for so long the corrective measures needed cannot be so incremental. Satan and his minions have been deceptively patient and persistent in their attacks on the morals of the US; and, these attacks are bearing a bumper crop of evil.

The warriors of YHWH, even knowing the war will be won in the end, have a duty not to “rest on their laurels”. We can resist “the enemy” best by loving them enough to recruit them to our side.

When asked by a curious citizen after the adjournment of the Constitutional Convention what kind of government had been structured by the Founding Fathers, Benjamin Franklin is said to have answered: "...A REPUBLIC, IF YOU CAN KEEP IT."

When running for President Obama said he would not use signing statements and “we aren't going to use signing statements as a way to do an end run around Congress”. Yet he issued his first signing statement in March 2009. In fact he issued more than 2 dozen during his first term in office. This is in direct violation of the the US Constitution: Article 2 section 3: . . . he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed –

The Nazification of the USA

Once upon a time the USA was a self proclaimed bastion of freedom and a light unto the world. Yet in recent times comments have been made comparing the present conditions in the USA with both Rome near the time of her fall as well as with Germany during the rise of the Nazis. There has been much to support both comparisons but as of late it seems the Nazi comparison is gaining ground.

Though the term “politically correct” is considered a modern slogan the practice was long ago instituted with a vengeance by the Nazi regime. The German people, during the 30's, learned very quickly that to speak one's mind was becoming dangerous indeed. In the Universities as well as the workplace a person had to show a “politically correct” view or risk, progressively, being ostracized, to being barred from advancement, to being discharged, to being incarcerated. In Nazi Germany the taboos included primarily being a Jew or a communist, or befriending them, or defending them. In the present day USA the same taboo is fast falling upon those who wear the appellation of “Christian” or conservative.

The Nazi did not tolerate competition and so used propaganda, censorship, terror, etc to seize and hold power. Anyone who cannot see that the same techniques are being used by the Demokratik Party in the USA are blind – think LGBT mafia, the Black Lives Matter Movement, etc. And, no the Republicans do not seem much better these days. It almost seems the options are the SS or the SA (SEE NOTE 1)!

There is no doubt that Nazi methods are being employed, the difference is only a matter of degree and that difference is waning. Free speech is under heavy attack as is the freedom of religion AND the free exercise thereof! The sphere of personal privacy grows smaller everyday. Life is no longer sacred as evidenced by the rapid escalation of abortion and the number of citizens murdered under the guise of law. Liberty is increasingly restricted and is at the whim of the Government - consider eminent domain, asset forfeiture, etc. The pursuit of happiness has been made conditional upon compliance with government standards of what is allowed to create happiness – consider the requirement to have a permit or license for almost every activity, any of which may be denied or taken away without trial.

As far as the SS and the Gestapo are concerned remember they started out small using little things like being able to open mail, tap phones, conduct searches, make arrests, etc without court approval – even incarcerating citizens without trial. If it sounds like the Patriot Act it should – it is straight from the Nazi playbook (research Hitler's “Decree for the Protection of the People and the State”). The only things missing are official Block Wardens (semi-official informers are already operating) and concentration camps (executive legislation for this is in place).

As in Nazi Germany mere acquiescence to the party line in not enough, support is demanded on pain of a censorship which is growing increasingly punitive. Yet when the Nazis started out they knew they could never control all the adults so they placed great emphasis on the indoctrination potential of the educational systems (See NOTE 2). The educational systems of the US have for some time also focused more on social indoctrination than the acquisition of knowledge. True the goals were sometimes different but the methods are the same (i.e. the Nazis wanted kids to be pro heterosexual and pro traditional marriage and family – the Demokrats want kids to be pro homosexual and anti traditional marriage and family.) The Nazi's considered homosexuality a blight on mankind whereas the USA idealizes homosexuality to the extent that being a homosexual in the USA confers the same heightened political status that Nazi Party membership would have held in Nazi Germany.

Also, Obama has taken a page from Nazi history and is using his “I have a pen and a phone” attitude as if he was operating under a new form of the Nazi Enabling Act (or the Weimar Article 48). Sadly, the cowards in Congress continue to allow Obama to not only enact laws as he sees fit but to disregard the laws that are Constitutionally passed by Congress and or by the States. It is like seeing Hitler and the Reichsatg all over again. Folks seem to forget that Hitler and the Nazis were elected by the people (SEE NOTE 3).

Yet there are differences; one is that Hitler promised food on the table - by creating jobs for workers, while in the USA Obama and the Demokratik Party also promise food on the table – though by taxing the workers with jobs.

The bottom line to all this is that both Nazi Germany and the USA turned a blind eye to YHWH. They disregard His wisdom and act as if those who temporarily hold secular power are in fact the Supreme Authority. Believing man has evolved they go a step further and cling religiously to dogmas proclaiming their own superiority over their fellow man and thus assert a “right” to tell others how they must act, think, and live with no regard for our Creator.

If the USA cannot be brought back to YHWH it would be better that she go the way of Rome and fall to migrant hordes (also in progress) rather than become an evil Nazi-like monster that devours her own and embroils half the world in her own destruction.

NOTE 1 – The SA were the original Stormtroopers and were led by Ernst Rohm, a homosexual.

NOTE 2 – Just as the Nazis employed the Hitler Youth to push the Nazi agenda in the extracurricular activities of the next generations so too the Demokrats have ensured their agenda (e.g. pro-LGBT) is in place with the “Boy Scouts”, “Girl Scouts”, “AmeriCorps”, “Peace Corps”, and even the Military!

NOTE 3 - “Instead of working to achieve power by an armed rising, we will have to hold our noses and enter the Reichstag. If outvoting them takes longer than outshooting them, at least the result will be guaranteed by their own constitution. Sooner of later we will have a majority, and after that we shall have Germany.” (Hitler, in a letter from Prison 1924)

COMMENT: A Constitution, like the Bible, does no good if The People do not read it, learn it, follow it, and, in the case of the Constitutions of the US, enforce it – both in letter and spirit. The US Government is ignoring the Constitution and The People are allowing it!

Just as the Nazis (and Soviets) erected great barriers against people wanting to flee the country so too the USA is doing so. The Government has increased the fees for revoking US citizenship and bans many from leaving the country entirely without massive payments first (e.g. you cannot get a passport if you are a victim of Government sanctioned kidnapping and extortion - aka you owe child support). The last thing “Globalists” want is Americans (especially “Christians”) traveling overseas – they might try spreading thoughts about “God-given” rights and freedoms!

The Nazis implemented what is known as a Totalitarian Regime. TOTALITARIANISM:

Authoritarian government that attempts to regulate every aspect of sociocultural life. COMMENT: Just like the modern US Government!

HRB as a Bible Stidy Tool

If you love Me, keep My commandments†.

Those familiar with this site know that I frequently talk about love and obedience. Since the article “In The Spotlight” this week is about the Hebraic Roots Bible (HRB) I thought I would add a little extra here to show folks that I am far from being alone in emphasizing the importance of listening to what YHWH says. The following are some HRB Note samples from Proverbs:

Proverbs

Proverbs are the art of skillful living. This can only be accomplished in ones life if they fully submit to YHWH's spirit for discernment.

Proverbs 1:7

The fear of YHWH is the starting point to repentance and a true relationship with YAHWEH and YAHSHUA, the Creators of the universe.

Proverbs 1:9

The Torah is YHWH's eternal moral code and His very character. Grace is His mercy to forgive when we inadvertently violate His Holy Torah. To live by the Torah is to keep His mercy and grace around our neck on a daily basis.

Proverbs 1:15

Verse 10-15- Bad companionship ruin good habits,

Proverbs 1:29

Proverbs consistently calls those who hate instruction and Yahweh's judicial order as “fools”.

Proverbs 1:33

Whereas the fool is not willing to take instruction and only relies on his own pride, the humble of heart who trust in Yahweh as their refuge will always be protected.

Proverbs 2:5

Verses 1-5 - The fear of YHWH comes from obedience to His commandments. Those who accept a lawless false grace are prideful and don't have the fear of YHWH. However, they will not escape His judgment,

Proverbs 4:6

Verses 1-6 - As any good father would give sound advice to their children, here the most sound advice is to keep the Torah of YHWH for happiness, wisdom and life, (Deu_10:12-13, Pro_3:1, Psalms 119).

Proverbs 5:1

Over and over again in the proverbs is the theme of seeking and listening to the wisdom of YHWH. Although wisdom is poetically acclaimed at times, these are simply metaphors and wisdom is something to be acquired but is not a person or being.

Proverbs 6:19

Verses 16-19 - Two words that are rarely seen in scripture are “YHWH” with the word “hate”. This shows how much YAHWEH despises pride, gossip, and a false accusing spirit. Pro_12:17; Pro_19:5; Pro_19:9; Pro_21:28

Proverbs 6:23

Verses 20-23 -Shows that the commandments were never meant to forgive sin, but are meant to show one the way to walk in life and stay on the straight and narrow path. The word Torah is better translated as “instruction” instead of “law”. It is instruction for life, as sin (the breaking of the Torah, 1Jn_3:4) is instruction for death. Psa_119:165, Pro_7:1-2

Proverbs 7:3

Verses 1-3 - Keeping YHWH's commandments and His Torah are always equated with keeping one's life or soul, Mat_19:17, Pro_4:4, Psa_19:7-11, Deu_32:46-47, Deu_30:15-20.

Proverbs 9:10

It is the fear of YHWH that will lead one to heartfelt repentance that will in turn lead to knowledge, wisdom understanding and instruction. Without the fear of YHWH, the pride of man will rule in his heart, Pro_16:18, Pro_29:23, Pro_1:7; Pro_15:33

Proverbs 13:10

Arguments come many times by those who are not willing to be corrected, Pro_9:9

Proverbs 13:12

It takes great faith in the word of YHWH to stay focused and not get discouraged in this present wicked, end time, generation.

Proverbs 13:24

Correction to a child is showing love teaching them discipline (Heb_12:5-8), but the parent that does not take the time to correct his child is not showing love, (Pro_19:18, Pro_22:15; Pro_23:13-14; Pro_29:15; Pro_29:7, Pro_3:12)

Proverbs 14:15

Naïve people many times will rashly believe something without proving it to be true and then, later, change to something else. The prudent person will prove the truth to himself and then, hold on to it forever,

Proverbs 16:5

Many times people are persuaded by a mob mentality not to go against the majority, but a person is responsible for his decision in supporting an injustice or not standing up for the truth, Lev_5:1. Pro_6:16-19, Psa_40:4

Proverbs 23:17

A true believer should have more fear of YHWH, than fear of wanting to please man.

The Torah as defined by Wikipedia: (/ˈtɔːrəˌˈtoʊrə/; Hebrew: תּוֹרָה, "Instruction, Teaching").

According to the KJVC:

Words translated as law – Torah (H8451) 219 times, chôq (H2706) 126 times;

word translated as statute – chûqqâh (H2708); and word translated as commandment – mitsvâh (H4687), 181 times.

The Torah and the commandments are not the same thing. Consider:

And YAHWEH said to Moses, Come up to Me to the mountain, and be there.

And I will give to you the tablets of stone, and the Torah, and the commandments

which I have written, to teach them.

(Exodus 24:12)

For you shall listen to the voice of YAHWEH your Elohim, to keep His

commandments and His statutes which are written in the book of this Torah.

For you shall turn back toward YAHWEH your Elohim, with all your heart and

with all your soul.

(Deuteronomy 30:10)

And it shall be with him, and he shall read in it all the days of his life, that he

may learn to fear YAHWEH your Elohim, to keep all the Words of this Torah

The Torah of YAHWEH is perfect, converting the soul. The Testimony of YAHWEH

is sure, making the simple wise. The precepts of YAHWEH are right, rejoicing

the heart. The commandments of YAHWEH are clear, giving light to the eyes.

The fear of YAHWEH is clean, enduring forever. The judgments ofYAHWEH are

true, they are righteous altogether. They are more precious than gold,

even much fine gold, and sweeter than honey and drops from the honeycomb†.
